I had posted on Facebook desperate looking for someone to go to my dads to take care of a bee hive. My dad is older and has mobility issues and is deathly allergic to bees so it was more urgent to get it taken care of. Woke up early Friday morning 6/2 and realized that we have an infestation of ants in our bedroom closet. Spoke with our apartment complex maintenance team and they said they can get someone to come in to “check” the situation within a week and then schedule the service after that. So waiting for two weeks to get our issues fixed didn't sit right with me. I contacted Old Towne and immediately spoke with Rob. We spoke about the situation, confirmed via FT what the issue was and he was able to give me a quote and come over to fix the situation all said and done within a couple of hours. As of right now 6/6 no more ant issue. I highly recommend using this company!

We had a bird's nest under our eaves and we had mites infesting our bedroom. It was a holiday weekend and I needed someone to come out right away. I couldn't get anyone to come out. Rob from Old Towne Térmite and Pest Control sent me a text and said he would come over and help us. He was out of town but said he was coming home that day and he would come over. He showed up and provided excellent service! He was knowledgeable and professional. He did a thorough job and he informed us about other issues that we need to watch out for. We had just let our last exterminator go because they were not easy to communicate with. We were so happy with Rob we ended up signing up for his monthly service. We were so thankful to Rob for coming out and helping us when others were not willing to. I highly recommend his service! Thank you Rob!!
